Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben und f\u00fcr drei (!) Stunden bei 180 Grad Umluft backen. Aufschneiden, mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l und Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln und leicht salzen.
