Es bleibt lange frisch, ist aber auch sehr feucht- das ist eindeutig Geschmacksache..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>450g Dinkelmehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 P\u00e4ckchen Trockenhefe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Handvoll Leinsamen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Handvoll Sonnenblumenkerne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Apfelessig<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500ml lauwarmes Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles verr\u00fchren (Konsistenz ist etwa wie ein R\u00fchrkuchenteig), ohne Wartezeit in eine Form f\u00fcllen (einfetten oder mit Backpapier auslegen) in den kalten Ofen stellen  und bei 170 Grad Umluft 50 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nDieses Brot ist wirklich superschnell gebacken.
