Endlich stelle ich es hier ein- habe die Moussaka schon sehr oft zubereitet. Kleingehackten Knoblauch und in St\u00fccke geschnittene Paprika kurz mitbraten. Tomaten Rotwein und Gew\u00fcrze zugeben. Alles eine halbe Stunde auf kleiner flamme k\u00f6cheln lassen.
