Und &#8211; was soll ich sagen- sie sind superlecker und mit R\u00e4uchertofu richtig deftig! Super zu Kartoffeln und Salat oder als Burger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Glas Kidneybohnen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200g Tofu (mit R\u00e4uchertofu wird es sehr kr\u00e4ftig)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 eingeweichtes Br\u00f6tchen vom Vortag<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Senf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Majoran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Sojamehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paniermehl nach Bedarf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petersilie (fein gehackt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohnen, ausgedr\u00fccktes Br\u00f6tchen und Tofu p\u00fcrieren, die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch fein hacken und alle restlichen Zutaten miteinander mischen. Soviel Paniermehl zugeben, dass eine feste, gut formbare Masse entsteht.
