Als ich gestern allerdings veganen Eiersalat im <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bistrobardot.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bistro Bardot<\/a> probierte, erinnerte ich mich an ein Rezept, das geschmacklich tats\u00e4chlich an Eiersalat heranreicht &#8211; oder ich kann mich nicht so genau an den originalen Geschmack erinnern!? Egal, jedenfalls schmeckt er lecker und ist nicht so \u201etrocken\u201c wie der im Bistro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200g Tofu (natur)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwas Kurkuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Dijonsenf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL vegane Majo (gekauft oder <a href=\"http:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/?p=851\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selbstgemacht<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kala Namak (vorsichtig dosieren! zuviel davon riecht wie faule Eier!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Tofu grob zerbr\u00f6seln und alles gut vermischen.
