Kleingeschnittene Zwiebel and\u00fcnsten, klein geschnittenes Gem\u00fcse, Knoblauch und Hirse zugeben und alles ca. 5 Minuten anbraten. Br\u00fche und Hafersahne dazu- mit Paprika, Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen. Aufkochen und auf kleiner Flamme ca. 10 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen. Gelegentlich umr\u00fchren.
