K\u00f6nnte ich mir auch vorstellen..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300g Mungbohnen (halb, gesch\u00e4lt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwa 300ml Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwa 300 ml Kokosmilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 St\u00fcck Ingwer (etwa walnussgro\u00df)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 TL Curry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 TL Senfsaat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mungbohnen gr\u00fcndlich waschen. Fein gehackte Zwiebel in \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten- nach ca. 2 Minuten fein gehackten Knoblauch und Ingwer zugeben und kurz mitbraten. Die Bohnen und die Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen, dann mit Wasser und Kokosmilch aufgie\u00dfen. Etwa 25 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das ist das Grundrezept- n\u00e4chstes Mal gebe ich Karotten und Zucchiniw\u00fcrfel dazu. Und frischer Koriander passt auf jeden Fall sehr gut!
