Die Enden abschneiden und die Spargelstangen in einem Topf mit Salzwasser, 2 TL Zucker,1 EL Margarine und einem Schuss Zitronensaft aufkochen und bei geringer Hitze ca.10-12 Minuten ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffeln mit Schale in einem anderen Topf in reichlich Salzwasser kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe ben\u00f6tigt man noch einen dritten Topf: die Margarine schmelzen, mit dem Mehl verr\u00fchren, Fl\u00fcssigkeiten angie\u00dfen und immer weiter r\u00fchren.
