Das finde ich seltsam- trotzdem probiere ich die Rezepte dann immer aus. Dieses fand ich trotz mangelnder Kreativit\u00e4t lecker (Mo favorisiert das andere Rezept: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/?p=1024\" target=\"_blank\">hier<\/a>)!  Man kann ja auch noch frische Tomaten dazutun&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ein daumengro\u00dfes St\u00fcck Ingwer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g rote Linsen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400g Tomaten aus der Dose  (st\u00fcckig)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400 ml Kokosmilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koriander nach Geschmack (frisch)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Limette<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer, Salz und Chiliflocken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die kleingeschnittene Zwiebel in etwas Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten bis sie glasig sind. Den feingehackten Knoblauch, geriebenen oder kleingehackten Ingwer und Chiliflocken (ca. 1\/2 TL) hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Linsen absp\u00fclen, Korianderst\u00e4ngel kleinschneiden und beides zugeben. Nun mit 600 ml Wasser aufgie\u00dfen. Tomaten und Kokosmilch dazu. Nach Geschmack salzen und pfeffern. Bei niedriger Temperatur ca. 25 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
