Den fein gehackten Knoblauch nur kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Gr\u00fcnkernschrot, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Gew\u00fcrze zugeben und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend noch ca. 10 Miunten auf der ausgeschalteten Herdplatte ziehen lassen. Linsen (grob zerkleinern oder ganz lassen) und Petersilie untermischen.
