Knoblauch fein w\u00fcrfeln. Gem\u00fcse in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten- ca. 5 Minuten. Den Knoblauch zugeben und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten.  Curry und Harissa unterr\u00fchren und mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen. Kurz aufkochen und dann den Cous Cous einstreuen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Nochmals aufkochen lassen und auf der ausgeschalteten Herdplatte bei geschlossenem Deckel 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
