Ansonsten soll der Teig ja immer so d\u00fcnn wie m\u00f6glich ausgerollt werden und beim Backen blo\u00df nicht gro\u00dfartig &#8220;aufgehen&#8221; . Ganz anders bei diesem Teig: er sollte aufgehen, au\u00dfen knusprig und innen sch\u00f6n fluffig sein. War ganz einfach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg Mehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 W\u00fcrfel Hefe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 TL Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Schuss Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>700ml erw\u00e4rmte Hafermilch (lauwarm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In die lauwarme Hafermilch Zucker und Hefe geben und verr\u00fchren- 5- 10 Minuten warten bis es sch\u00e4umt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehl und Salz mischen, Milchmischung und Oliven\u00f6l zugeben und ca. 10 Minuten kneten (von Hand oder mit einem K\u00fcchenger\u00e4t).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort ca. 1 Sunde gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teig ca. 1cm dick ausrollen, belegen und backen (am besten auf einem Pizzastein).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teigreste einfach einfrieren!
