M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden- dicke M\u00f6hren halbieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Majoran und M\u00f6hren zugeben und mitbraten. Mit der Speisest\u00e4rke best\u00e4uben, gut verr\u00fchren und mit Wein und 200ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. K\u00f6cheln lassen bis die M\u00f6hren weich sind. Die Linsen abgie\u00dfen und das Lorbeerblatt entfernen. Mit den M\u00f6hren mischen und die Hafersahne unterr\u00fchren.
