Die Chili entkernen und sehr klein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika ebenfalls in W\u00fcrfel schneiden,  Zuckerschoten einmal durchschneiden. Die Tomaten waschen und halbieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine gute Menge Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und Zwiebeln and\u00fcnsten. Knoblauch, Paprika und Chili zugeben und gut anbraten. Mit ca. 700 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen , Safran und Nudeln einr\u00fchren und bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Ab und zu umr\u00fchren. Wenn die Nudeln fast gar sind die Temperatur erh\u00f6hen bis die restliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit verkocht ist und die Zuckerschoten kurz mitkochen.
