Den Lauch in sehr feine Ringe schneiden. Mit Quinoa und den restlichen Zutaten vermischen- acht Bratlinge formen und in der Pfanne mit \u00d6l knusprig braten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abwandlung: weil die Bratlinge so sehr erdnussig schmecken habe ich stattdessen Cashewmus verwendet. Auch hatte ich keinen Lauch. Habe noch 2 EL Tomatenmark zugef\u00fcgt.
