Knoblauch und Ingwer sehr fein hacken und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Tomatenmark ca. 1 Minute mit anbraten. Tomaten, Kokosmilch und Gew\u00fcrze zugeben. Spinat dazu und kurz mitk\u00f6cheln. Ganz am Ende den Zitronensaft einr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
