Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Petersilie sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln bzw. kleinhacken und zur Masse geben. Sojamehl, Sojaso\u00dfe und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche untermischen. Mit Semmelbr\u00f6seln und Hartweizengrie\u00df mischen bis eine feste, formbare Masse entsteht. Daraus mit den H\u00e4nden Burger formen und braten.<\/p>\n<p>Burger nach Belieben mit Salat, Tomate, Gurke etc. belegen.
