Auch wenn man Wodka nicht mag, macht er sich hier ganz unglaublich gut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordentlich Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen. Den klein gehackten Knoblauch, Chiliflocken und etwas Salz kurz and\u00fcnsten und die Tomaten mit dem Wodka dazugeben. Das Ganze auf kleiner Flamme 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Nudeln al dente kochen. Korianderbl\u00e4ttchen fein hacken. In die So\u00dfe Sahne und Koriander einr\u00fchren und kurz mit erw\u00e4rmen.
