Klein geschnittenes Gem\u00fcse, Lorbeerblatt und Gr\u00fcnkernschrot zugeben- mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen und ca. 15 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Etwas 25 Minuten quellen lassen. Wenn die Masse abgek\u00fchlt ist, Sojamehl, Sojaso\u00dfe, Hefeflocken und Piment unterr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
