Reis und Lorbeerblatt zugeben und mit Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Bei niedriger hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die Br\u00fche vollst\u00e4ndig aufgesogen ist. In der Zwischenzeit Sellerie und Lauchzwiebeln kleinschneiden und ca. 5 Minuten vor Garende zugeben. Lorbeerblatt entfernen und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen und das Sojamehl unterkneten. Mit angefeuchteten H\u00e4nden zw\u00f6lf Taler formen und in einer Pfanne mit hei\u00dfem \u00d6l braten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehr gut passt dazu eine schnelle Tomatenso\u00dfe.
