Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, halbieren und in etwa 1cm breite Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reichlich \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen, Gem\u00fcse und Zwiebeln hineingeben und anbraten. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Etwas Wasser dazugeben und unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren bei geschlossenem Deckel ca. 12-15 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Joghurt, fein gehackte Dillspitzen und gepressten Knoblauch verr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Joghurt zum Gem\u00fcse servieren.
