Salatkernmischung oder so)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-3 EL Sojamehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwas Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Hartweizengrie\u00df <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Schu\u00df Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leider kann ich mich nicht mehr genau an die Zubereitung erinnern- die Mengenangaben also besser nicht so genau nehmen.. Man f\u00fchlt wann die Masse gut ist! Zun\u00e4chst die Rote Beete sch\u00e4len (unbedingt Handschuhe tragen!) und anschlie\u00dfend fein raspeln. Nun mit den restlichen Zutaten eine formbare Masse herstellen und (am besten wieder Handschuhe anziehen) Taler formen und bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 25 Minuten backen.
