Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein reiben. Die Orangen auspressen. Die Lauchzwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden und and\u00fcnsten. Die M\u00f6hren dazugeben und mitbraten. Den Orangensaft dazugie\u00dfen, Erdnussmus, Misopaste und Sojaso\u00dfe unterr\u00fchren und k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die M\u00f6hren gar, aber noch bissfest sind.
