Den Lauch in Ringe schneiden und in \u00d6l anbraten, Pastinaken, Knoblauch und Karotten zugeben und kurz mitbraten. Ingwer dazugeben und mit Br\u00fche und Orangensaft aufgie\u00dfen und k\u00f6cheln lassen bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist. mit Chili, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
