Aber es muss sein! Die Aubergine halbieren und mit den Schnittfl\u00e4chenauf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech geben, mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und salzen. bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 40 Minuten backen. Mit den anderen Zutaten in ein hohes Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und grob p\u00fcrieren.
